Extra virgin olive oil extracted from the olives of the native and most prized Umbrian cultivar, Moraiolo. Intense strong flavor characterized by an important presence of polyphenols, very precious components for our health.
Intense and decisive fruity on the nose, it opens elegantly, with hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the intensely vegetal characters come to life on the bitter background and are marked by an overbearing spicy tone of great thickness and length.
Excellent on medium and large-structured dishes: structured first courses, soups and legume soups, grilled red meats and naturally, in all its purity, on bread bruschetta.
